Book a workspace using the web and mobile app

Upflex makes it easy to find and book flexible workspaces around the world. Whether you're looking for a desk, a meeting room, or a private office, Upflex offers a user-friendly platform to help you find the perfect workspace.


Book a desk | Using the web:

Once you've Find your Perfect Workspace follow these steps to book a desk.

Step One: Select a workspace that matches your preferences. Click to view more details, such as photos, location and amenities.

Step Two: After confirming the workspace details, select your booking time and date. Review the booking summary and click “Book Now” to finalize your reservation.

Step Three: You’re all set! Your booking is complete. You will receive a confirmation email with all the booking details, including check in instructions for the workspace. You can also view your upcoming bookings in My Bookings section of your account.

All desk bookings can be modified or cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours before the start of the reservation.



​Booking | Using the mobile app:

Step One: Start by selecting the type of workspace you would like to book (Desk, Meeting Room, Private Office, or Airport Lounge).

Step Two: Apply filters to narrow your search to find the perfect match:

  • Location: Select your desired location.

  • Date and Time: Choose when you need the space, whether for a specific day or time.

  • Workspace Type: Choose between day passes, private offices, meeting rooms, or airport lounges.

  • Seats: Specify the number of seats you need.

  • Amenities: Select specific amenities such as parking, coffee, conference rooms, phone booths, and more to ensure the space meets your needs.

After applying the filters, click 'Show Results'.

Step Three: Browse the listed spaces and click on the one you want to book. View more details like photos, location, and amenities. Once you've found your perfect workspace, click 'See Availability'. When everything looks good, click 'Book'.

Step Four: Review your booking information before clicking 'Confirm'.

Step Five: You’re all set! Your booking is complete. You will receive a confirmation email with all the booking details, including check-in instructions for the workspace. You can also view your upcoming bookings in the My Bookings section of your account.

Book a Meeting Room or Private Office | Using the web:

Once you've Find your Perfect Workspace follow these steps to book a Meeting Room or a Private Office:

Step One: After searching for the location you would like to book, click 'Meeting Rooms' or 'Private Offices' select 'Amenities' if needed, and then click 'Search Spaces'.

Step Two: Space options will be displayed. Choose the space where you would like to work, specify the date and time you'd like to reserve the space for, select your preferred Meeting Room or Private Office with seat capacity, and click 'Book.'

Step Three: Review the requested information, add attendees if required, and then simply click 'Book Meeting Room' or 'Private Office'. You're all set! Your request has been submitted.

Please Note: You have just requested a workspace reservation; this does not confirm your booking. You will receive a confirmation within the next 24 hours or some alternatives to book.
