If you happen to know of a space that isn't part of our current network, we'd love to hear about it! Follow the steps below to request the onboarding of a new space:
Step 1: Gather Space Details
Before submitting your request, make sure you have the necessary details about the space. This includes:
Space name
Location (address, city, and country)
Contact person (name, email, phone number)
Step 2: Submit the Onboarding Request
Please fill out the form to Request to Onboard a Space. While there is no guarantee the space will want to join our network, our team can certainly reach out to them.

Step 3: What is next? Space Review and Approval
Once submitted, the Upflex team will review the request and contact the space directly for verification.
The space will go through a standard review process to ensure it meets Upflex's quality standards and aligns with client needs.
Please note that onboarding a new space can take a few weeks to complete.
Step 4: Confirmation and Go-Live
Once the onboarding process is completed, you will receive confirmation that the space has been successfully added to the Upflex platform.
The space will appear on the platform and become available for bookings.

The more detailed and accurate the space information you provide, the quicker the onboarding process will be. It will be very helpful if you contact the Space to let them know we will be reaching out to them!
