Booking Refunds for Team Members

Need to confirm whether a cancelled booking has been refunded? Follow these easy steps via the Upflex Portal (Web):

For Corporate Admins & Team Admins only - view refund status of your team members

🔍 Step-by-Step: Check Refund Status

1️⃣ On the Upflex Portal (web) click on All Bookings in the left-hand navigation menu.

2️⃣ In the bookings view, select the Cancelled tab to display all cancelled bookings.

3️⃣ Use the Search or Filter option at the top to narrow results by a specific user.

4️⃣ Scroll horizontally to find the Status column.
If a booking was refunded, it will be marked as Cancelled (Refunded).

💡 Keep in Mind

  • Refunds may take up to 48h to be processed.
