πŸ‘₯ Who can access reports?

Only Corporate Admins and Team Admins with the proper permissions can access reports section of the portal.

πŸ› οΈ Step-by-Step: How to access reports

  1. Select Reports from the top of the homepage

  2. Select the report you’d like to view: Products, Enrolment, or Flex Spaces.

  3. Apply filters or select a date range to customize your report view.

  4. Export as needed for offline access or sharing.


πŸ“ˆ Overview of Reports:

1. Products

  • View pool contributions and balances

  • Monthly view of purchases by invoice and credit card(s)

2. Enrolment

  • Review users added to the platform and their status ie, invited users, users who have activated their invitation and pending users.

  • View users assigned specific budgets

  • Exportable reports for users under each status

3a. Flex Spaces - Booking

  • Dashboard and graphs of key booking metrics including bookings completed, cancelled, average per month etc.

  • View the top bookers, top locations and preferred space types

  • Exportable reports including key booking data

3b. Flex Spaces - Spend

  • Analyse spend by space type, teams, departments, cost centres, currencies and users.

  • Exportable reports editable depending on your corporate set up

  • Multi-Currency Support: View reports in your preferred currency for global financial visibility.

  • Advanced Filters: Refine your data by: Date range, Team or department, User activity

  • Date Type Filters: Choose between: Created Date – to analyze spend accumulated within a specific timeframe or Booking Date – to review bookings that occurred during a selected period
