Troubleshooting Common Error Messages

How to resolve error messages

Updated this week

If you’ve encountered an error message while trying to make a booking on Upflex, don’t worry! Below are the most common messages you may see and the steps you can take to resolve them quickly.

1. “Hours requested are outside of location's operating hours”

What it means:
The time you selected for your booking falls outside of the workspace’s operational hours.

How to fix it:
Please change the time of your booking to fall within the location’s posted operating hours. You can usually find these hours listed in the space’s profile.

2. “Requested time is outside of the 30-day booking window”

What it means:
You’re trying to make a booking for a date more than 30 days in advance, which isn’t currently supported for this particular space. Typically these are all WeWork locations.

How to fix it:
Adjust your booking date to be within the next 30 days.

3. Error 401

What it means:
This is typically a browser-related issue that can occur when cached data interferes with your session.

How to fix it:
To resolve this, try clearing your cache with the following steps:

  1. Open the Developer Tools panel: Option + Command + I (Mac) or Ctrl + Shift + I (Windows).

  2. Right-click on the Refresh button in your browser.

  3. Select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload.”

After doing this, try logging in or making your booking again.
