This report is designed to give you a clear, company-wide financial snapshot.
Use it to review pool balances, invoice history, and credit card transactions all in one place.
Pools Overview
At the top of the report, you’ll see your pools, if your account uses them. If your company doesn’t have pools configured, you can simply scroll down to the credit card sections.
For each pool, you can see:
Pool name
Contributions made to the pool
Booking spend associated with that pool
Current balance
This view gives you a quick understanding of:
How funds are allocated across your organization
How much has been used vs. what remains available
Pool Ledger
The Pool ledger section provides similar information, with an added layer of insight.
In addition to pool balances, you’ll see:
The percentage of each pool that has been utilized
This helps you:
Monitor budget consumption across pools
Identify pools that are nearing full utilization
Spot underused pools where budget may be sitting idle
Monthly Invoice Breakdown
Next, you’ll see a monthly breakdown of invoices paid.
This section shows:
When money was added or credited to your account

Invoice Transaction List
The Invoice transaction list provides a detailed view of every invoice generated.

Payment date
Payment status (e.g., paid, pending)

You can:
Sort this table by different columns (e.g., date, amount, status)
Export the data to:

This makes it easy for finance teams to:
Perform deeper analysis
Run internal reconciliations
Share invoice data with stakeholders or systems outside of Upflex
Credit Card Purchases
The report also includes credit card payment data starting from October 2022.
This section shows:
How many credit card payments were made each month
Whether payments were made using:
A team card
An individual card
This overview helps you:
Understand how credit cards are being used across the organization
Track whether spend is mostly centralized or distributed to teams/individuals
Credit Card Transaction Details
Below the summary, you’ll find a detailed list of all credit card transactions.
Each transaction typically includes:

For example, whether it was charged to a team card or individual card
This section provides:
Transparency into every transaction made through Upflex
A single place to review and audit credit card usage tied to bookings
