Do I have to have Teams?

All companies must have at least one team. When your company's account is created, you will have one team by default, which all Business Admin are members of.  

If your company has less than 50 Upflex users, you might want to put all employees in one team.

If your company has many Upflex users, or multiple divisional departments that use Upflex, you may want to give each one a different team.
