If the Upflex app isn't working for you because of bad cell service, you can either connect to Wi-Fi, or wait until you have better cell service. On an iPhone, try turning Airplane Mode on, wait 5 seconds, and turn it back off.
If you are having Wi-Fi issues, try turning off Wi-Fi and using your cell service.
