If you aren’t using all your Unlimited Passes, an administrator can cancel these at any time in the Upflex Business Portal, or by reaching out to Upflex support.

If you aren’t using all your Day Passes, you may be able to downgrade to a smaller monthly plan. Contact Upflex support to help you do this.
