In order to narrow your search, use 'Filters' to find the right workspace and amenities to support your work, travel, meeting or event.
You can filter by inventory type (Desks, Meeting Rooms, Private Offices, Lounges or Event Spaces), number of attendees, date, and amenities.
Using the Web | Searching for a Workspace
From your account dashboard, select criteria to filter from the search module.
Step One: From the home screen you can start by typing the location where you would like to book,
Step Two: Click on the location name, a new window will appear on the right side of your screen, allowing you to conveniently select all the amenities you are looking for in your workspace.
From here you can search by inventory, date, time, number of attendees, or you can choose the more filters option to narrow your search further based on amenities and features, distance, or to find space that has been booked by other members of your team.
Using the app | Searching for a Workspace
From the home section of the app app, you can follow these steps:
Step One: After writing the location where you want to book, select your preferred space, it will direct you to the map of that location.
Step Two: Click the 'Filter options' and you will be directed to a new window allowing you to conveniently select all the amenities you are looking for in your workspace.
From here you can search by inventory, date, time, number of attendees, or you can choose the more filters option to narrow your search further based on amenities and features, distance, or to find space that has been booked by other members of your team.
