Why can't I check in?

The app won't let me check in! What do I do?

No need to worry if the app doesn't allow you to check into a space. Simply ensure to inform the receptionist or Community Manager that you've arrived, but the app isn't allowing you to check in.

Sometimes this happens due to an error with your phone's GPS. We ask you always check in if you can, but if it doesn't work, don't worry too much.
