We’re sorry to see you go, but if you need to cancel your plan for any reason you do so from the Business Portal.

Log into the Business Portal and navigate to the Settings menu. Then, click Plans.

You’ll see your plans, and a link below them to cancel. Click the link.

Next, you’ll be given the option to contact us about a custom plan, pause your plan for 30 days, or cancel your plan.

Click cancel, then click Next to finish the cancelation of your Upflex plan. All recurring payments will be stopped, and your credit card or other payment method will no longer be charged.
