Installing Upflex Add-on for Google Calendar

Here you will find how to install the Upflex Add-on to enable bookings directly within Google Calendar.

Step One: Enter the Google Workspace Marketplace by pressing the “+” icon in the right sidebar of any Google product:

Step Two: Search for “Upflex” in the Marketplace, select the add-on, and then click "Install":

Step Three: The Upflex icon will now appear on your Google sidebar. Click on the icon and you will be prompted to "Authorize Access", "Choose an account" and finally "Allow" Upflex to access you Google account:

Step Four: You will now need to login to your Upflex account to begin booking spaces:

You are now able to start searching for bookable workspaces by filtering for your workday requirements:
