If you’ve forgotten your password for Upflex, Optality, Collier’s Mobility Pass or Cushman & Wakefield Passport dashboards you’re able to reset it by following the steps below.

Important note: If your company has been set up with SSO and you need to reset your password, please reach out to your internal IT team for assistance.

Upflex

  1. To reset your password for the Upflex dashboard click here and select Forgot Password,

  2. Enter your email address and select continue,

  3. You will receive an email with instructions for how to reset your password.

To reset your password for the Optality dashboard click here.
To reset your password for the Collier’s Mobility Pass dashboard click here.
To reset your password for the Cushman & Wakefield Passport dashboard click here.
