This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to locate your invoice within the Upflex platform when a booking has been made using a personal Credit Card.
Only the Company Admin (Primary Contact) role has access to manage their company transactions.
Step 1: Click on "Settings" (your profile picture at the top right).
Step 2: Select "Billing", then go to "Statements."
Step 3: Find the booking for which you need an invoice.
Step 4: On the right-hand side, click to email, download, or view the invoice.
