For Admins: How to Curate Your Network

Updated yesterday

Control which workspaces users can book within your company’s network.

Why Curate Your Network?

Curating your network lets you restrict workspace bookings based on your company’s needs. For example, if you have an office in Chicago, you might want to:

✅ Limit bookings within 40 miles of your office for most employees.

✅ Allow bookings in this area only for Executive Assistants, C-Suite Leaders or Sales Team.

How to Set Up a Curated Network:

1️⃣ From your homepage, Click the dropdown next to your profile picture and select Settings.

2️⃣ Select Network

3️⃣ Create a New Network: Click Add Network and enter a name (e.g., "Chicago Restricted Network"). Click Add.

4️⃣ Choose Space Restrictions:

- View space partners by brand, country, state, or city.

- Use Map View to enter your office address and set a booking restriction radius.

- Toggle off spaces you want to restrict under the Active column.

5️⃣ Assign Users to the Network:

- Click the Edit icon next to Teams and People.

- Choose User Groups: All Users or specific Teams

- Choose Individual Users: Select Add People, check the boxes next to employees, and click Add.

6️⃣ Your curated network is now active! 🎯

Editing an Existing Curated Network

1. Select the network you want to update.

2. Seach for the spaces that you want to add or remove and then Toggle locations on/off.

3. Search for users or Teams and Add/remove users from network as needed.

This setup helps ensure employees book workspaces according to company policy while allowing flexibility for specific roles. 🚀
