For Admins: How To Curate Your Network

Stop users from booking outside of an specific network.

Before diving into curating your network, it's essential to define your objectives. Then follow these easy steps:


Step 1: Open settings.

Step 2: Navigate to the Network section.

Step 3: Choose the relevant team (if applicable) and click on "Edit network."

The list of all our Space Partners will appear, allowing you to select the Country, State, City, or a specific Space Partner. You can then toggle each specific space on or off.




How to Edit New Space Rules

After following the previous steps:

1. Click "Edit New Space Rules."
2. Choose your preferred Rule Option (Include or Exclude from Network).

3. Specify the Brands, Countries, State/Province, or Amenities you wish to include or exclude from your network.
4. Click "Save Rule."

Your network has been curated!

Curate a Network: refers to the process of selecting and managing the workspaces that are available to a company’s employees through the platform. This allows company admins to customize their employees’ access by:

  • Choosing specific workspaces that align with company preferences (e.g., location, amenities, pricing).

  • Setting restrictions or preferences for certain locations or workspace providers.

  • Ensuring a consistent experience by maintaining a tailored selection of spaces that meet business needs.

This feature helps companies optimize workspace offerings while keeping flexibility and control over employee bookings.
