How to Curate a Network

For Corporate & Team Admins: Build a tailored list of preferred spaces your team can book — curated for your company’s needs.

Curating a network in Upflex allows you to control which workspaces are visible and bookable by specific teams. This helps tailor workspace access based on location, department, or internal policy needs—ensuring your team sees only the spaces you’ve approved.

👥 Who Can Curate a Network?

Only Corporate Admins and Team Admins with the proper permissions can create or edit a curated network.

🛠️ Step-by-Step: How to Curate a Network

1: Settings > Network.

2: Click Add Network to create a new curated network or Click Edit Network next to an existing one to make changes.

3: Give the network a clear, descriptive name (e.g., “NYC Sales Team” or “UK Offices”).

4: Use the dropdown to select the team(s) and or specific users that should have access to this curated set of spaces.

5: In the network editor, use the search bar or filters to find spaces by: Country, State, City, Space Provider

- Use the toggle next to each space to control its visibility:

✅ On – Available to team members

❌ Off – Hidden from team members

6 .(Optional): Click Edit New Space Rules to apply rules for new spaces added to the platform.

- Set conditions to Include or Exclude based on: Brands, Countries,States/Provinces, Amenities

7. Click Save Rule to apply your settings.

💡 Pro Tips

  • You can create multiple curated networks by team, department, or geography.

  • If a user can’t see a space, it may be restricted by a curated network—check their assigned team’s settings.

  • Changes made to a curated network apply immediately.

  • Want to reset access? Simply turn all toggles back on or remove the team from the network.

✅ Your Network is Now Curated! Your selected team(s) will now only see the spaces you've approved—helping ensure a consistent and policy-aligned booking experience.
