If you can't see any workspaces when you open the app, you may have one of a few issues.

  1. You may be having issues with your cell service or Wi-Fi.
  2. You may not have Location Services enabled. 
  3. There may not be any locations close to you.

Cell service or Wi-Fi issues
If you are having cell service, you can either connect to Wi-Fi, or wait until you have better cell service.  On an iPhone, try turning Airplane Mode on, wait 5 seconds, and turn it back off.

If you are having Wi-Fi issues, try turning off Wi-Fi and using your cell service.

Location Services issues
If you don't have Location Services enabled, you may see this message: 

To turn on Location Services, on an iPhone, do the following:

  1. Go to Settings 
  2. Scroll down to find the Upflex App in the list
  3. Allow Upflex to use Location while you are using the app.

To turn on Location Settings for Android:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Go to App
  3. Scroll to Upflex and select it
  4. In the Permissions section, activate the location

No workspaces in this area
If there are no workspaces in the area, you will see this message:

You can request a space in this area, and we will try our best to unlock a space for you as quickly as we can. Unfortunately, it also means we will not have a space for you to use today.
