🏢 Checking Refunds for a User

For Company Admins: Track refunds issued to your company or users.

💻 Using the Web Version:

1️⃣ Click on All Bookings in the left-hand menu.
You’ll see a list of all Upcoming, In Progress, Completed, Cancelled, and Rejected bookings made by your users.

2️⃣ To check for refunded bookings, click on the Cancelled tab.

3️⃣ Use the search filter at the top to find the specific user. The results will appear at the bottom of the screen.

4️⃣ Scroll to the right using your mouse to find the status column for the booking.
If the booking has been refunded, you’ll see Cancelled (Refunded) listed as the status.

Keep in Mind

  • Refunds may take up to 48h to be processed.

  • If you're unsure whether a refund has been fully processed, feel free to contact our Support Team.
