Booking Refunds for Users

Need to confirm whether a cancelled booking has been refunded? Follow these easy steps via the Upflex Portal (Web):

πŸ” Step-by-Step: Check Refund Status

1️⃣ On the Upflex Portal (web) click on All Bookings in the left-hand navigation menu.

2️⃣ In the bookings view, select the Cancelled tab to display all cancelled bookings.

3️⃣ Scroll horizontally to find the Status column.
If a booking was refunded, it will be marked as Cancelled (Refunded).

  • Refunds may take up to 48h to be processed.
