Accessing credit card receipt / invoice

View, email and download receipts/invoices for credit card payments

If you’ve added a personal credit card for pay your own booking(s), here’s how to access your receipts/invoices:

1️⃣ Log in to the Upflex Portal (web) → click Profile
2️⃣ Go to Billing > Statements
3️⃣ Select the date range you need
4️⃣ For each receipt/invoice, choose Email, View, or Download
5️⃣ To export a full statement, click Export CSV

🎉 You’re all set!

If your company pays with a corporate credit card:
Please reach out to your Primary Contact — they can retrieve receipts/invoices on your behalf.

Primary Contacts will have to follow these steps:
1️⃣ Log in to the Upflex Portal (web) → click Settings
2️⃣ Go to Billing > Statements
3️⃣ Select the date range you need
4️⃣ For each receipt/invoice, choose Email, View, or Download

🎉 You’re all set!

NOTE: Only the person who manages the credit card can access its receipts. This means:

  • For personal cards, only the user who added the card to their own profile can view receipts.

  • For corporate or team cards, only the Primary Contact for that card has access to the receipts.

If receipts need to be shared with others, the Primary Contact must download the receipt and share it manually.
