Desks:
✅ Full Refund: Cancel 24 hours or more before the reservation start time.
❌ No Refund: Cancel less than 24 hours before the start time.
Modifications:
You will not receive a refund if you modify your reservation less than 24 hours before the start time in a way that reduces the cost. This includes:
Shortening your reservation
Rescheduling to a later time
Any other cost-reducing change
Meeting Rooms & Private Offices:
✅ Full Refund: Cancel 10 days or more before the reservation start time.
🌓 50% Refund: Cancel between 5–9 days before the start time.
❌ No Refund: Cancel less than 5 days before the start time.
Modifications:
You will not receive a full refund for modifications made less than 10 days before the start time that reduce the reservation cost. This includes:
Shortening the duration
Rescheduling to a later time
Any cost-reducing change
