How to Make a Booking at WeWork

Easy to follow guide on making a WeWork booking for a desk, meeting room or private office on the Upflex Portal (Web) or Upflex App

1️⃣ Search for a Space

Enter the following details in the search bar:

  • Location (enter the WeWork location if known)

  • Date & Time

  • Space Type

  • Number of Seats

Use filters to narrow results by amenities, workspace type, or other preferences.


2️⃣ View Search Results

  • Use List View (left) to browse options

  • Switch to Map View (right) to explore locations geographically


3️⃣ Select a Space

Click on a space to:

  • View its profile and details

  • Or book directly from the search results


4️⃣ Customize Your Booking

On the confirmation screen:

  • Choose Full Day or select custom Start/End Times

  • Book for multiple days (daily, weekly, monthly, or custom)

  • Use the calendar to select or update your dates


5️⃣ Review & Confirm

Click Next to:

  • Review your booking summary

  • Add attendees (optional)

  • Click Confirm & Pay (WeWork locations are instant confirmation)


6️⃣ Add to Your Calendar

After confirming, add your booking to:

  • Google Calendar

  • iCal

  • Outlook



💡 Tip: If you receive this error message — Requested time is outside of the 30-day booking window — means that this particular space only allows bookings to be made up to 30 days in advance.

If you're trying to book for a date beyond that window, you'll need to wait until it's within 30 days of your desired date to complete the booking.

💡 Tip: If you receive this error message - Hours requested are outside of location’s operating hours - means that your booking falls outside the space’s available operating hours—either starting too early or ending too late.

To proceed, please adjust your booking time so it falls within the space's operating hours and when a community member is available at the front desk.
