Understanding the Flex Spaces - Booking Section in Reports

The Flex Spaces section in the Upflex portal gives Corporate and Team Admins visibility into booking activity within the platform

Only Corporate Admins and Team Admins** can view the Flex Spaces section.

To access it:

  1. Go to Reports in the navigation menu

  2. Select Flex Spaces > Bookings

The Flex Spaces > Bookings section provides a comprehensive view of how your people are using Upflex. This powerful tool is highly customizable to give you detailed insights based on the criteria that matter most to your organization.

πŸ”§ Customize Your Report View

At the top of the Reports section, you can adjust the data display using the following filters:

  • Currency
    ​

  • View Level

    • Company-wide

    • Single or multiple Teams

    • Single or multiple Departments

    • Single or multiple Cost Centres

    • Single or multiple Users
      ​

  • Date Logic

    • Show data by the date the booking was created

    • Or by the date the booking takes place
      ​

  • Date Range

    • Choose a custom range for reporting

Flex Spaces > Bookings insights are generated based on the filters above. Most statistics reflect data from the selected period, compared to both the previous period and all-time figures.

  • Total bookings made

  • Upcoming bookings

  • Completed bookings

  • Bookings cancelled without charge (on time)

  • Bookings cancelled with charges (late cancellation)

  • Refunded bookings

  • % of users who have made a booking

  • Number of cities where bookings occurred

  • Bookings for collaborative work (2+ seats)

  • Most popular day for bookings

  • Average number of bookings per month

  • Team satisfaction score (based on feedback)

  • Bookings by space type over time (Desk, Meeting Room, Private Office)
    Status of bookings within the selected timeframe (Upcoming, Completed, Cancelled, etc)

  • Percentage of desk users who checked in for their booking

  • Users who made the most bookings
    Teams who made the most bookings

  • Locations with the most bookings

  • Team collaboration score (Based on bookings with 2 or more seats)

  • Type of space individual users prefer to book
    Type of space teams prefer to book

  • Cities that teams most often book in

  • Snapshot of booking activity across all teams

  • Exportable table with full booking details (Ideal for custom reporting or audits)
