The Flex Spaces > Spend section provides detailed insights into how workspace budgets are being used across your organization. This powerful tool is highly customizable to give you detailed insights based on the criteria that matter most to your organization.

At the top of the Reports section, you can adjust the data display using the following filters:
Currency
โView Level
Company-wide
Single or multiple Teams
Single or multiple Departments
Single or multiple Cost Centres
Single or multiple Users

Date Logic
Show data by the date the booking was created
Or by the date the booking takes place

Date Range
Choose a custom range for reporting
Insights are generated based on the filters selected (e.g., teams, departments, date ranges, cost centres) and are organized across four tabs:
Teams
Departments
Cost Centers
People
If teams, departments, or cost centres havenโt been configured, data will be shown at the company level.
What Youโll See in Each Tab
Each tab contains three key tables, each offering a different view of spend activity:
1. Total Spend by Inventory
Total spend across all inventory booked
Spend breakdown by space type (Desks, Meeting Rooms, Private Offices)
Spend allocated to credit cardsSpend allocated to pool funds

Number of unique users who have made a booking
Average spend per user per space type

These tables help you monitor usage trends, track budget allocation, and optimize how your organization uses workspace resources.
