If you can’t log in:
1. On the login screen, click Forgot your password?
2. Follow the instructions to reset it.
If you’re already logged in:
1. Go to your Profile.
2. Tap Change Password and enter your old password and new password.
If the Submit button is greyed out, your password isn’t strong enough.
Your password must:
- Be at least 9 characters long.
- Avoid common words or phrases.
Tip: Add more letters, numbers, or symbols to make your password stronger.
