How to Make a Booking

Easy to follow guide on making a booking for a desk, meeting room or private office on the Upflex Portal (Web) or Upflex App

1️⃣ Search for a Space

Enter the following details in the search bar:

  • Location

  • Date & Time

  • Space Type

  • Number of Seats

Use filters to narrow results by amenities, workspace type, or other preferences.


2️⃣ View Search Results

  • Use List View (left) to browse options

  • Switch to Map View (right) to explore locations geographically


3️⃣ Select a Space

Click on a space to:

  • View its profile and details

  • Or book directly from the search results

💡 Tip: Need a space fast? Toggle the Instant Confirmation filter above the map to find locations with real-time availability.

All desks are Instant Confirmation by default.


4️⃣ Customize Your Booking

On the confirmation screen:

  • Choose Full Day or select custom Start/End Times

  • Book for multiple days (daily, weekly, monthly, or custom)

  • Use the calendar to select or update your dates


5️⃣ Review & Confirm

Click Next to:

  • Review your booking summary

  • Add attendees (optional)

  • Click Confirm & Pay (for instant bookings)

  • Or Request & Pay (for request-based spaces)


6️⃣ Add to Your Calendar

After confirming, add your booking to:

  • Google Calendar

  • iCal

  • Outlook


💡 Tip:
For Request-based spaces, your request is forwarded to the workspace operator. You'll receive a confirmation or cancellation based on their response. If not confirmed, alternative options will be suggested — so allow extra time for booking when using request-based spaces.
