• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable.
🏢 Meeting Rooms & Private Offices:
• Cancellation policies vary by space partner—review the policy before booking.
• Cancellations outside the allowed window may be fully or partially charged, even if unused.
✏️ Modifying a Reservation:
Modifications made outside the allowed window may result in no refund.
This includes:
• Shortening your reservation
• Rescheduling to a later start time
• Any changes that reduce the total reservation cost
(Note: modifications are not permitted on confirmed WeWork bookings)
Where to Find the Cancellation Policy
