Understanding the cancellation policy by space type and where to locate the specific policy for your booking

If you need to cancel your booking, please review the cancellation policy to avoid unexpected charges. Upflex ensures clarity and seamless user experiences by providing easily accessible and understandable cancellation policies.

🪑 Desk Cancellations: • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable. To be eligible for a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours or more before the reservation's start time.

🏢 Meeting Rooms & Private Offices:
• Cancellation policies vary by space partner—review the policy before booking.
• Cancellations outside the allowed window may be fully or partially charged, even if unused.

✏️ Modifying a Reservation:
Modifications made outside the allowed window may result in no refund.
This includes:
• Shortening your reservation
• Rescheduling to a later start time
• Any changes that reduce the total reservation cost

(Note: modifications are not permitted on confirmed WeWork bookings)


Where to Find the Cancellation Policy

Before confirming a booking – Displayed on the final summary before confirming/requesting the space Users can also find cancellation policies on the workspace’s listing page, providing an additional layer of clarity before booking.

Confirmation email – Includes the space’s cancellation policy.
