Desk Bookings
You may cancel or modify your reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time with no penalty. If you cancel, you will receive your Day Pass back.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the reservation start time, you will not be refunded your Day Pass.
Meeting Room and Private Office bookings
You may request to modify a private office or meeting room reservation based on the space's cancellation policy. This modification request will be sent to the workspace to approve and you will be notified within 24 hours.
You may cancel a private office or meeting room, but refunds will be contingent on the space's cancellation policy for that workspace.
