Upflex's partner spaces have four main types of workspaces (or "inventory types") — but not every partner space will offer every type of workspace.
The workspace types are:
Desk (or Hot Desk)
Bookable for the entire day, desks give you access to hot-desk areas and lounges. Book instantly, or up to 30 days in advance.
For when you need a private space or are working in small group of 1 -2 people. Private offices are usually required to be booked by the day.
Reservations must be requested with 24 hours notice, and can be booked up to 30 days in advance.
When you have a larger team meeting or need things like whiteboards and projectors, meeting rooms are ideal. Meeting rooms are usually booked by the hour, and some may have minimum booking requirements. Extra amenities may be included or available to purchase separately, such as tech equipment or catering.

A hub is a dedicated office just for your company at one of our partner workspaces. Employees may have assigned desks at the hub, or may need to book desks in the hub like they they would a normal desk.
