How Do I Add Multiple People?

I want to upload all my employees at one time.

You can upload multiple employees at one time from a CSV file.

Open the Business Portal and go to People.

Click Import People.

From here, download the CSV template. You’ll need to open it up in Excel or Google Sheets and fill in the following information: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Role.

When finished, save your CSV, then upload it on the same page. Once your CSV is uploaded, you will see a confirmation screen of how many people you have uploaded.

When finished, click Next.

(Note: if you would like to enter multiple users manually, instead of uploading a CSV, you can click Skip.)

On the next page, you can confirm the information and choose which team each person will be added to. You can also click Add New to add additional rows.

When finished, you have two options: you can click Save, which will save the users in your Invite Pending tab, or Save and Invite, which will send invitations right away.

If you choose Save, you will then see the users in the Invite Pending tab. From here you can select users to edit their inventory permissions or send their invitation. Read this article to learn how to bulk edit inventory permissions: How Do I Edit Multiple Users at a Time.
