How to cancel a reservation.

Whether unexpected events or changing plans arise, having a clear understanding of how to cancel a reservation is crucial. Follow these easy steps:

Review the Upflex Cancellation Policy: The policy may vary depending on the workspace provider. Understanding the guidelines and any applicable fees or deadlines will help you navigate the cancellation process effectively.

Using the Web | How to cancel a reservation.

Step One: Go to your Profile (up-right),

Step Two: Go to Reservations and click on 'Upcoming' then on 'Show details' and finally click on 'Cancel'.

Step Three: A new window will pop-upon your screen, asking if you want to cancel this reservation, click 'Yes Cancel'.

Step Four: Your cancelation has been done. An email will be sent to notify you that your booking has been canceled.


Using the app | How to cancel a reservation.

Step One: Go to your Reservations (bottom-right),

Step Two: Click on 'Upcoming', then select the booking that you want to cancel and click 'Cancel'.

Step Three: A new window will pop-upon your screen, asking if you want to cancel this reservation, then click 'Yes'.

Step Four: Your cancelation has been done. An email will be sent to notify you that your booking has been canceled.

Using your email | How to cancel a reservation.

Step One: Go to your email and find the email you received from Upflex with the confirmation.

Step Two: Click the button 'View reservation'.

Step Three: If you are in the web follow the steps mentioned previously in this article.

Step four: If you are in the app follow the steps mentioned previously in this article.
