Understanding Possible Reasons for Booking Rejections

There could be several reasons why your booking got rejected:

  1. Availability:

    The workspace you tried to book might have been fully booked or unavailable for the dates and times you requested, our advise is to anticipate and book in advance.

  2. Booking restrictions:

    Some workspaces may have specific booking restrictions, such as a minimum or maximum booking duration or minimum notice period. If your booking did not comply with these restrictions, it could have been rejected.

  3. Payment problems:

    If there were any issues with your payment method, such as insufficient funds, an expired credit card, or an error in the payment process, your booking could have been rejected due to the payment failure.
