Rejected Booking

If your booking didn’t go through, it may be due to one of these common reasons:

Updated today

1️⃣ Availability:

The space may already be fully booked for the date and time you selected.

💡 Tip: Try booking earlier next time to secure your spot.

2️⃣ Booking Rules Not Met

Some spaces have specific rules, such as:

- Minimum or maximum booking duration

- Required notice period before booking

If your request didn’t follow these rules, it may have been rejected.

💡 Check the space’s booking conditions before submitting.

3️⃣ Payment or Permission Issues

Your booking might have been rejected because of:

- Insufficient funds or a failed transaction

- Expired or invalid payment method

- Your booking permissions don't include that space type (refer to My Balance on the Upflex Portal (web) or Upflex App to review your space type permissions)

- Your request exceeds your allowed budget limit (refer to My Balance on the Upflex Portal (web) or Upflex App to review your budget limit)

💳 Make sure your payment details are up to date and check with your Company Admin if you're unsure about your booking permissions or budget limits.
