✅ What You Can Change:
- Date, start time, or end time
- Add or remove attendees
- Change space type or room size
- Change the location
- Add amenities (via support)
- Edit individual bookings in a multi-day or recurring reservation
Find your Booking: Go to Reservations at top and select the booking needing modification.
To Change the Date, Start Time, or End Time
1. Pick the new date/time and click Apply
2. Confirm by clicking Modify (Web) or Confirm (App)
📧 You'll get an updated confirmation email
💡 This also applied for multi-day - you change each booking individually
⚠️ Changes must follow the space’s modification policy — check the cancellation policy for details.
To Add or Remove Attendees:
1. In the summary panel, click Edit Attendees
2. Add or remove guests, then click Apply
📧 You’ll receive a confirmation email
⚠️ You can only add as many guests as the space allows.
⚠️ Some spaces (like WeWork) don’t allow changes after booking — be sure to add attendees before booking!
To Change the Location or Space Type or Room Size:
1. Cancel the current booking (How to Cancel a Booking)
2. Book the new space (How to Make a Booking)
📧 You’ll receive confirmation for both cancellation and the new booking
⚠️ Check that the new space is available before canceling
⚠️ Check the cancellation policy for possible fees
💡 If you're switching rooms in the same location and a fee applies, contact CHAT or email [email protected] for help without fees.
The following can not be modified:
- Amenities
- Change In-Progress Bookings
- Change Past Bookings
