Here you will find the Upflex cancelation and refund policy pertaining to upcoming bookings.

Sometimes you need to cancel your booking! No problem, we have you covered.


Upflex has both a Default Cancelation Policy and Custom Cancelation Policy.

Our space partners are able to select their own custom policy, where they set the parameters of how far in advance a user is able to cancel their booking, making them eligible for a refund. Custom policies however, only apply to Meeting Room and Private Office bookings, not Desks. Spaces are able to select the Upflex Default Cancelation Policy or input their own Custom Policy. In order to know which policy is applicable to your booking, you will need to review before completing your booking. Our Default Cancelation Policy:

For Desk Bookings:

You may cancel or modify your reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time with no penalty. If you cancel your booking within the parameters of the policy you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the reservation start time, you will be charged the full amount for your booking even if you do not attend.

Meeting Room and Private Office Bookings:

You may cancel or modify your reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time with no penalty. If you cancel your booking within the parameters of the policy you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the reservation start time, you will be charged the full amount for your booking even if you do not attend.


Custom Cancelation Policy:

For Desk Bookings:

Desk bookings assume our Default Cancelation Policy. You may cancel or modify your reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time with no penalty. If you cancel your booking within the parameters of the policy you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the reservation start time, you will be charged the full amount for your booking even if you do not attend.

Meeting Room and Private Office Bookings:

Custom policies are at the discretion of the space partner and may vary depending on the brand or region of business practice for that location. Space partners are able to select their own cancelation policy, where the user is responsible to review before completing a booking. If a space has specified their own policy, and a user cancels outside the specified cancelation window, they will be charged for the booking in full even if they do not attend.
