If you can't find a booking in your system and a client has arrived at your space you can check for the booking confirmation in your email or in your space partner portal.
After you login in to your space portal navigate to the "bookings" section. If this an upcoming booking please select the "upcoming tab." If this is a booking that should be occurring now please select the "in progress" tab.
If neither your space portal or your spaces email account have a record of the booking please reach out to [email protected] for assistance. Before reaching out please get the information from the client: name of the user, company email addresss and company.
