How do I add a guest to a booking reservation?

We're here to help! If an Upflex user already made a booking for a Meeting Room or Private Office and they have brought guests, we've got you covered. Simply reach out to our friendly Support Team by sending an email to [email protected].

When contacting us, please include the following information:

  1. Full name or email of the person who made the reservation.

  2. Name of Workspace

  3. Date and time of the booking.

  4. Email addresses of the attendees you'd like to add.

If the Upflex user has booked a hot desk for the day, the guest of the user must also book a hot desk through Upflex or the partner space. Hot Desk users are not allowed to bring guests without a reservation.
