A guide to making multiple bookings for future workdays and meetings.

Updated over a week ago

If you find yourself repeatedly returning to the same workspace, Upflex has you covered with our convenient multi-day and recurring booking feature. This guide will walk you through how to reserve your preferred workspace on different days, ensuring a seamless and flexible experience.

Please note that, at present, multi-day bookings can only be made through our web version.

1. Daily Bookings:

The Daily option allows you to reserve a workspace for multiple consecutive days.

Here's how it works:

Step 1: Select 'Daily' Booking,

Step 2: In the calendar, choose the day you want your booking to start,
Step 3: Go to 'Ends on', specify the final day you want the workspace to be reserved. The available days for booking will be highlighted in green on the calendar.
Step 4: Click 'Apply' and after checking the booking information click 'Book Desk'.

Step 5: You are all set! A confirmation email or request* email has been sent with a list of your bookings.

*Note: When you request a Meeting Room or a Private Office, availability is not guaranteed. Confirmation of availability will be provided within 24 hours of your request.

2. Weekly Bookings:

The Weekly option enables you to establish a pattern based on your weekly schedule.

You have the flexibility to select any combination of days in the week that will be reserved for a specified period of time.

Here's how it works:

Step 1: After selecting the workspace you want to book, choose the date in the calendar, then select the time.

Step 2: Select 'Weekly' Booking,
Step 3: Go to 'Repeats on', specify the day or days of the week you'd like to set for the recurring booking.
Step 4: Click 'Apply' and after checking the booking information click 'Book'.
Step 5: You are all set! A confirmation email or request* email has been sent with a list of your bookings.

*Note: When you request a Meeting Room or a Private Office, their availability is not guaranteed. Confirmation of availability will be provided within 24 hours of your request.

3. Monthly Booking, on a specific day of the week

The Monthly option allows you to select a specific day that repeats every month. For example, you can book the first Wednesday of every month for a specified period of time.

Here's how it works:

Step 1: After selecting the workspace you want to book, select 'Monthly' Booking,

Step 2: Choose the date in the calendar, then select the time.
Step 3: Go to 'Ends on', specify the final day you want the workspace to be reserved.

*Note: When you request a Meeting Room or a Private Office, their availability is not guaranteed. Confirmation of availability will be provided within 24 hours of your request.

4. Custom Booking

The Custom option allows you to have the freedom to select individual days directly from the calendar. There's no predetermined recurring pattern here.

This option will activate automatically when you start clicking on the calendar to add or remove the days for booking.

Here's how it works:

Step 1: After selecting the workspace you want to book, select 'Custom' Booking,

Step 2: Choose from the calendar the different dates, then select the time.
