How to make multiple bookings for future workdays and meetings.

Easily book spaces for multiple days or on a recurring schedule.

If you frequently return to the same workspace, Upflex makes it easy with multiday and recurring bookings. This guide will show you how to reserve your preferred workspace across different days.

Multiday bookings are currently available only on the Upflex Portal (web).

1. Daily Bookings - Reserve a space for multiple consecutive days.

- Select Daily Booking.

- Choose your Start date on the calendar.

- Set the end date under Ends on (available days will be highlighted in green).

- Click Apply, review your booking, and select ‘Book Desk’.

2. Weekly Bookings - Reserve a space on specific days each week for a set time period.

- Select your desired space, date, and time.

- Choose Weekly Booking.

- Under Repeats on, select the day(s) of the week you want to book.

- Click Apply, review your booking, and select ‘Book’.

3. Monthly Bookings - Reserve a space on a specific day of the month (e.g., the first Wednesday of every month).

- Select your desired space, date, and time.

- Choose Monthly Booking.

- Under Ends on, select the final day you want the booking to repeat.

- Click Apply, review your booking, and select ‘Book’.

4. Custom Bookings - Select individual days without following a recurring pattern.

- Select your desired space, date, and time.

- Choose Custom Booking.

- Click on the calendar to add or remove specific dates.

- Click Apply, review your booking, and select ‘Book’.

NOTE: If you book a Meeting Room or Private Office that is not listed as Instantly Confirmed, availability is not guaranteed. You’ll receive confirmation within 24 hours.
