The Instant booking tag and filter will allow you to conveniently identify and book spaces that do not require a confirmation. You will be able to find this tag and filter in the following areas of your mobile app/web portals.
Instant booking filter offers:
A new filter option to filter out spaces that can be booked immediately i.e. do not need a confirmation.
A new tag by the name “Instant Booking” to help you easily identify instantly bookable spaces.
Advance Search
A new section by the name 'Booking Options' has been added to the advance search in the business portal and app with ‘Instant Booking’ as one of the two options. The ‘Booked by Team’ filter has also being grouped under this new section
How to Use the Instant Booking Filter:
Toggle On - This options allows you to only search for spaces that can be booked instantly. Since all desks are instantly bookable, by default, the toggle will be switched on for desks.
Toggle Off - This option allows the system to include all spaces in search results. This is also the default option for all space types excluding desks.
