When Does My Monthly Budget Limit Reset?

To start with, it's important to know that booking limits reset on the first day of each month. This regular reset provides a fresh opportunity to plan your workspace reservations with renewed availability.

Planning your monthly budget:

  • If you book on Jan 31st for Feb 1st, the reservation will be categorized for the current month, specifically January, despite being intended for the following month.
    ​

  • Suppose you're eager to secure a space on Jan 31st for Feb 1st. But, if you've already used up your budget or desk passes for the current month, unfortunately, you won't be able to make the desired reservation until the new month begins. Our advice would be to reach out to your Company Admin to ask for their authorization to add extra budget or day passes.

  • Keeping an eye on your budget desk pass usage is crucial for uninterrupted booking access. You can view your remaining balance by clicking "My Balance" at the top of your dashboard.
