Amend/Modify a Confirmed Booking you made for Someone Else

What can be amended after a booking has been confirmed and how to do it.

As a Corporate Admin, Team Admin, or Booking Admin, you can amend bookings you made for others using the Upflex Portal (web).

First you must find the booking you wish to amend

  1. Select All Bookings at the top of the portal next to your profile icon.

  2. From this page you can view, filter and edit all reservations based on space type and booking status

  1. Change the date, start or end time

  2. Adding or Removing Attendees

  3. Change the space type or room size

  4. Change the location

  5. Add amenities

  6. Amend a multi day or recurring booking
