Cancel a Booking you made for Someone Else

As a Corporate Admin, Team Admin, or Booking Admin, you can cancel bookings you made for others using the Upflex Portal (web).

If you need to cancel a booking, please review the cancellation policy to avoid unexpected charges.

1. Cancellation Policy and Where to find it

Upflex Cancellation Policy (applies to All Desks & Some Meeting Rooms & Private Offices)

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time will not receive a refund.

  • Modifying Your Reservation: You will not receive a refund if you make certain modifications to your reservation less than 24 hours before the start time. These modifications include shortening the duration of your reservation, rescheduling your reservation start time to a later time, or making any other modification that would reduce the reservation cost.

Custom Cancellation Policies (applies to Some Meeting Rooms & Private Offices)

  • Some spaces have their own policies—please review before booking.

  • Cancellations outside the allowed window may be fully charged, even if unused.

Where to Find the Cancellation Policy

Before confirming a booking – Displayed above the amount due.

Confirmation email – Includes the space’s cancellation policy.

Reservations at top of portal dashboard – Select a booking to view its policy.


2. How to Cancel a Booking

First you must find the booking you wish to amend

  1. Select All Bookings at the top of the portal next to your profile icon.

  2. From this page you can view, filter and edit all reservations based on space type and booking status

  3. Select the upcoming booking you want to amend and click Cancel.

  4. Select Yes, Cancel when prompted to confirm


3. Cancelling multi day or recurring bookings

You must cancel each individual booking separately:

  1. Select All Bookings at the top of the portal next to your profile icon.

  2. From this page you can view, filter and edit all reservations based on space type and booking status

  3. Select the upcoming booking you want to amend and click Cancel.

  4. Repeat for all bookings to be cancelled.
