Cancel a booking you made for someone else

Understanding the steps involved in cancelling confirmed bookings made on behalf of someone else

As a Corporate Admin, Team Admin, or Booking Admin, you can cancel bookings you made for others using the Upflex Portal (web).

If you need to cancel a booking, please review the cancellation policy to avoid unexpected charges. For guidance, refer to the Cancellation Policy & Where to Find It article.

How to Cancel a Booking made for someone else:

1️⃣ Click Reservations on the web or app.
2️⃣ Select the upcoming booking you wish to cancel.
3️⃣ Click Cancel, then confirm by selecting Yes, Cancel when prompted.

Cancelling multi day or recurring bookings:

You must cancel each booking separately following the steps outlined above.
