This capability is for Company Admin or Team Admin roles.
π§βπ€βπ§ Adding Users
1οΈβ£ Go to People > Add People
2οΈβ£ Enter their email and name, then assign them to a Team and select the appropriate Role (e.g., Company Admin, Team Admin, People Admin, Booking Admin, or User)
3οΈβ£ (Optional) Add a department or cost center
4οΈβ£ Click Send Invite
π§ New users will get an emailβmake sure they click the link to activate their account!
π Tip: Remind new users to check their email and click the link in the invitation email to complete their setup.
π§βπ€βπ§ Adding Multiple Users via CSV
1οΈβ£ Go to People > Add People > Import People > download template
2οΈβ£ Complete the file with the relevant information on the template. (Optional) Add a department or cost center
3οΈβ£ Upload the file to the same page it was downloaded
4οΈβ£ Click Send Invite once uploaded
π§βπ€βπ§ Edit or Modify Existing Users
1οΈβ£ Go to People
2οΈβ£ Select the user you want to update.
3οΈβ£ Make changes as needed β you can update:
Details Tab:
Role
Department
Team
Cost centre
Flex Space Tab:
Budget
Access to space types
Credit Card Payment settings
Hubs Tab:
Assign company office
π‘ Tip: To edit multiple users at once, check the boxes next to their names. You can then apply bulk updates to budget, space access, credit card payment settings, or company office (hub) assignments.
β Deactivating Users
Deactivating a user removes their access to the platform. Personal information (such as name and email) is anonymized, but booking data remains linked to your company.
1. Go to People > Active or Invite Sent tab, depending on if the user actived their account or not.
2. Search for the user by name.
3. Click the X icon to the far right, confirm by selecting Yes.
π Reactivating Users
Currently, deactivated users cannot be reactivated due to anonymization.
