How to Modify your Booking

Modifying a current booking

Sometimes plans change, and you may need to modify your booking details. After you have logged in and made a booking, please follow these easy steps:



Using the Web | If you want to modify your booking from your dashboard

Step One: From your dashboard go to My Account under your Reservations

Step Two: Click on 'Upcoming' then on 'Show details' and finally click on 'Modify'.

Step Three: A new window will pop-up on your screen showing your current booking and the Cancellation Policy.

Step Four: Select the new date and time and click ‘Apply’.

Step Five: Finalize your update by clicking ‘Modify’. An email will be sent to you notifying you of your updated reservation. You're all set!

Using the Web | If you want to make an immediate change to your booking:


Once you booked, you will be redirected to a confirmation pop-upon your screen.

Step One: Click on ‘Modify’.

Step Two: A new window will pop-up on your screen showing your current booking and the Cancellation Policy.

Step Three: Click on the calendar and select the new date and time and click ‘Apply’.

Step Four: Finalize your update by clicking ‘Modify’. An email will be sent to you notifying you of your updated reservation. You're all set!

Using the App:

Step One: Go to the Reservations icon in the options menu of your dashboard.

Step Two: Select the current booking that you want to modify.

Step Three: A new window will pop-up on your mobile, click 'Modify'.

Step Four: Select the new date and time, then click on ‘Apply’.

Step Five: A new window will pop-up on your mobile, with the updated booking in red, click 'Confirm'.

Step Six: An email will be sent to you notifying you of your updated reservation. You're all set!
