Cancel a booking made on behalf of someone else

As a Company Admin, you have the ability to manage bookings for your team, including canceling reservations made on behalf of other users. Follow the steps below to cancel a booking efficiently.

Steps to Cancel a Booking as Admin:

Step 1: Ensure you are signed in with your Company Admin credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to the Bookings Section. Locate and click on the Bookings tab in your dashboard.

Step 3: Search for the User in the upper-right search bar, enter the name or email of the user whose booking you need to cancel.

Step 4: Go to the Upcoming Bookings Tab to view all future reservations for that user.

Step 5: Cancel the Reservation.

  • Locate the booking in question.

  • Select the reservation and click on the Cancel option.

  • Confirm the cancellation when prompted.
